Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license or state ID, UHS submission packet, UHS prior employment form, proficiency in circulating cardiac cases, ability to take call and holiday call, experience in heart and lung transplants, circulating in all cardiac procedures, at least 1 year of relevant experience. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/19/2026 and conclude on 01/17/2027, with a shift of 12 hours per day and a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week.
