Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, telecommunications, and on-site systems and oversee technology setup, connectivity, and support for the corporate offices and, as applicable, remote locations, including new office build-outs, relocations, and moves. Lead the development and execution of the company's information technology strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning technology investments with business objectives and the firm's growth across acquisitions, development, and asset management, including the evaluation, deployment, and ongoing oversight of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms, establishing appropriate usage guidelines, governance, and safeguards in coordination with the AI Committee.
