The Nursing Manager collaborates with the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, Director of Withdrawal Management Services, and interdisciplinary treatment team to support clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance activities, and the delivery of safe, person-centered care. Develop, implement, oversee, and periodically evaluate nursing care and delegated medical care systems, including health monitoring, medication management, staff competency evaluation, infection control, first aid readiness, and emergency medical response processes in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245F.
