Description:Maintenance – Residential **** Great company to work for**** Pay: $20/Hour1st: 9am – 5pm*Monday through Friday 9-5 with an hour lunch at a time that works best for themaintenance employee Benefits:<ul><li>Medical / Vision / Dental </li></ul> Responsibilities: *Maintenance checks in with the office first thing in the morning to receivemaintenance requests from the tenants for the day.*Maintenance must knock before entering a unit, if they need keys the keys needto be returned to the office before leaving the property*All maintenance requests must be completed by the end of the day unless wehave to buy parts or contract it out to be completed. After a maintenance requestis completed, let the office know so we can email the tenant and mark it ascompleted in our tenant portal*Maintenance is responsible for keeping the grounds clean, once a weekmaintenance needs to pick up trash in the lawn and parking lot*Flipping units and completing them by the date they are given. Flipping a unitconsists of patching holes, painting, repairs if there is damage and a deep clean ofthe unit. This prepares it for the new tenant*One day a week, the maintenance crew will do a day of deep cleaning if thereare no maintenance requests. A deep clean would include cleaning baseboards,elevators, common rooms and hallways*The maintenance crew is responsible for taking technicians or construction intothe units if we have to contract out work* Basic Knowledge of Paint, construction, plumbing, and electrical.
