The Trust Consultant job contributes to the growth of TIAA Trust, N.A.''s trust administration business by direct interaction with internal partners (Wealth Management Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Trust Administrators, and Financial Consultants) to identify, manage and move through acceptance, those TIAA clients that could benefit from having TIAA Trust, N.A. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
