PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Time: Description: 15% Perform pre-closing audit of closing and compliance documentation including but not limited to initial 1003, initial and final LE and CD as well as corresponding Change in Circumstance, Appraisal, Title, Property Insurance, Rate Lock Agreement, Final Loan Approval, Mortgage Insurance Certificate, and Flood Certificate. SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring the closing documents are prepared correctly, accurately and timely while maintaining a high level of customer service with both internal and external customers and business partners.
