The ideal candidate brings deep relationships across institutional investors, direct experience leading securitization and whole-loan sale / participation programs, a strong track record in structured finance and credit markets, strong interdepartmental teamwork and collaboration, and the ability to align capital strategy, treasury management, and lending operations in a rapidly scaling environment. Reporting to the CFO and coordinating closely with the CEO and General Counsel, this leader will own the buildout of the firm’s capital markets function from current state to programmatic securitizer, including launch of an inaugural securitization, development and ramp of whole-loan sale and/or participation programs, and evolution of the capital stack to support the firm’s full-lifecycle lending vision.
