This role also includes overseeing our green screen studio and coordinating all technical aspects, including lighting, sound, and creative scriptwriting.Key Responsibilities:Video Production:<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit video content in line with client objectives and agency standards.</li><li>Create engaging video content specifically tailored for social media posts and ads, television commercials, and corporate videos.</li><li>Utilize expert knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation to produce visually appealing content.</li><li>Apply creative scriptwriting techniques to craft compelling narratives.</li></ul>Green Screen Studio Management:<ul><li>Operate and oversee all aspects of the green screen studio, ensuring optimal set-up and performance.</li><li>Maintain equipment and studio environments to support high-quality production.</li></ul>Post-Production:<ul><li>Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects, for video editing and motion graphics.</li><li>Leverage knowledge of Motion as an added advantage to enhance production quality.</li></ul>Client Communication:<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during production, ensuring clear communication and a smooth creative process.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into an effective visual narrative.</li></ul>Project Management:<ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of production experience in video production.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with hands-on experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>Demonstrable expertise in lighting, sound, shooting, creative scriptwriting, and editing.</li><li>Proven experience creating engaging video content for social media posts and ads, television commercials, and corporate videos.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.</li><li>Must submit a demo reel as part of the application process.</li><li>Must currently reside in Cincinnati, Ohio or be willing to relocate.</li></ul>Benefits include:<ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision benefits.</li><li>Gym membership</li><li>PTO</li><li>401k/IRA matching.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and a demo reel showcasing relevant work experience to [Insert Application Email/Link].PLEASE NOTE: Applications without a demo reel or cover letter will not be considered.Please note: No phone calls please.
