Responsible for creating a positive customer experience by professionally, accurately and efficiently handling incoming calls from United Tote customers and Field Operations to answer questions and/or assist in troubleshooting of communication equipment, consoles, terminals, tote boards/auxiliary odds boards, and other equipment.
