The Maintenance Technician manages and performs apartment room-turn/turnover duties , including inspecting vacant apartments, identifying maintenance and repair needs, completing necessary repairs, painting and touch-ups, replacing damaged fixtures and hardware, completing minor carpentry and plumbing repairs, cleaning and preparing the apartment, and ensuring the unit is safe, functional, and ready for the next resident. Performs painting and room-turn responsibilities as a primary function of the position , ensuring vacant apartments are properly repaired, painted, cleaned, and prepared for new residents.
