He attends PT, OT, and speech therapy, and would benefit from a caregiver who can help reinforce these developmental goals at home.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive, hands-on care for a toddler with special needs</li><li>Assist with mobility, including use of a gait trainer and walker</li><li>Safely lift and transfer the child (approximately 25 lbs)</li><li>Transport to and from therapy appointments (PT, OT, speech)</li><li>Reinforce therapy exercises and developmental goals</li><li>Engage in age-appropriate, early education-focused activities</li><li>Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have a valid drivers license</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Ability to provide 3–5 professional references</li><li>CPR certification required</li><li>Experience working with children with cerebral palsy strongly preferred</li><li>Background or credentials in occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech therapy, and/or special needs care highly preferred</li></ul>
