This position is responsible for leading and coordinating key service processes, including collaboration with sales to provide timely service agreement pricing, supporting customer and sales contract pricing for parts and service, directing field service coordination, and driving technician recruitment, training, and development. The Area Service Manager will work in close partnership with the existing Data Center team to support customers throughout the full lifecycle of data center projects, from initial construction and commissioning through ongoing operations and maintenance, with a specific focus on HVAC systems and services.
