Successful candidates will spend approximately 6–12 months working alongside an experienced Project Manager, developing the technical, financial, customer-facing, and leadership skills needed to manage projects independently. As you demonstrate your ability to successfully manage projects, customers, budgets, schedules, and relationships, the goal is to transition you into a Project Manager position with responsibility for your own projects, customers, and book of business.
