Duties will include, but are not limited to:  <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Operate VATS fighter simulator cockpit controls that include digital cockpit displays, stick & throttle, advanced sensor integration and fusion, as well as multi-aircraft formations and tactical employment.  </li> <li> When required, act as Mission Director or Red Czar depending on scenario.  </li> <li> Operate the simulator console and debriefing system during and after missions.  </li> <li> Provide subject matter expertise regarding threat air tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) during the planning and execution of JITTC-N operations.  </li> <li> Support the development, coordination, and integration of JITTC-N events to maximize training.  </li> <li> Orchestrate scenarios and constructive inputs for training events.  </li> <li> Create and modify mission-planning materials/academics to ensure participants achieve maximum training.  </li> <li> Provide instructor level expertise to help shape tactical training for participants.  </li> <li> Report issues related to stimulation software applications and provide basic trouble shooting support. </li> <li> Lead small teams to achieve desired customer requirements.  </li> </ul> </div> </div> <div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"> <h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"> Minimum Qualifications </h2> </div> <div> <ul> <li> 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience. </li> <li> Current or previous military fighter pilot. </li> <li> Strong written and oral communication skills.  </li> <li> Work Environment: Position is not eligible for remote work; on-site support is required.
