Learn more about benefits at Google.</p></div><div><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Negotiate with providers and AHJs for all utility infrastructure (power, water, wastewater, gas, roads), development, and interconnection agreements. Ensure third-party and Google delivered utility extensions are timely and appropriately contracted, ensuring firm capacity and schedules, cost effective payment structures, and protective terms. </li><li>Drive campus readiness by managing zoning, entitlements, easements, and assisting with environmental permitting.
