Attend high-risk deliveries and facilitate NICU admissions; Manage NICU patients and NNP oversight for well newborn nursery patients; Lead multidisciplinary rounds in the NICU by providing active management strategies that may include nutritional adjustments, ventilator management, lab and radiology review, and updating families.
