Master's in degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field, plus five (5) or more years of professional experience in network administration, systems administration, cybersecurity operations, information technology, or a closely related field; EXPERIENCE: College-level teaching experience teaching information technology, networking, cybersecurity, or closely related disciplines; or demonstrated experience teaching teaching with adult learners in workforce development programs or professional training programs; Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: networking, network administration, systems administration, cybersecurity operations, cloud infrastructure, developing and maintaining IT infrastructure, or enterprise IT; Experience, or evidence of potential for, supporting the success of traditionally underserved students and diverse learners in information technology and cybersecurity. One or more of the following areas: network administration, network security, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Linux and Windows systems administration, ethical hacking, digital forensics, incident response, security operations (SOC), scripting or automation for systems administration, or cybersecurity governance and risk management; Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, Linux+, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or equivalent; Developing curriculum in information technology, networking, or cybersecurity, including certificate or workforce-oriented programs; Coordinating or leading academic programs, certificates, or workforce training initiatives.
