The Strategic Planning & Operations Team Lead drives the operational execution and implementation of key processes and practices within Global HEVA – Specialty Care to ensure consistent, timely, and compliant performance of the HEVA organization across all internal and field components of the department, and promotes continuous improvement in quality and performance.
