This position is responsible for installing, modifying, and maintaining all plant buildings, equipment, and machinery to desired performance levels, thereby reducing downtime and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMPs, SOPs, Hazard Analyses, Critical Control Points, HACCP, LOTO procedures, food safety programs, and all policies established by Leprino Foods Company.
