Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or related field (equivalent years of experience may be considered)• 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain leadership• Experience managing complex manufacturing categories in industrial, OEM, contract manufacturing, or engineered-to-order environments• Strong negotiation, supplier development, and commercial contracting experience• Proven track record delivering cost savings and improving supplier performance• Strong analytical skills including spend analysis, market intelligence, and providing forecasts to vendors• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and operate in fast-paced growth environments. Preferred Qualifications • MBA or advanced degree preferred• Experience with fabricated steel, sheet metal, weldments, electrical components, cooling systems, generators, or modular infrastructure categories• Experience with global sourcing regions including Mexico, Vietnam, Asia, or Europe• Experience in ERP systems, procurement analytics tools, or advanced Excel modeling• APICS, CPSM, CPM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred• Experience supporting modular data centers, BESS, GenSet, or industrial infrastructure products.
