Experience: Possess a minimum of three years-experience within the last four years as an Emergency Room RN OR if there was a break in employment, the HCW shall have a minimum of three years extensive previous experience as an Emergency Room RN within the last six years OR HCWs with any prior military experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse must have at least one of experience. Complete all Unit Specific Emergency Department and required command competencies including but not limited to Restraints, Massive Transfusion Protocol, administration of blood products, triage and IV Conscious Sedation following NHCP Policies and protocols within 90 days of assignment at NHCP.
