Supervisory Responsibilities - Directly supervises operations-center analysts and the on-site security team; responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance management, and coordination of staffing levels and coverage in line with contractor and client requirements. Build effective working relationships with client business-continuity, HR, IT/security, Legal/Privacy, and communications partners, and maintain relationships with law enforcement, emergency services, and external risk-management providers.
