Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participates in operations of a two-way radio and telephone to receive and transmit messages for Campus Safety, Harnett County, Municipal Police Department, Volunteer and Municipal Fire Department, Highway Patrol, Department of Transportation, Magistrate Office, County Emergency Management Department, Animal Control, Wildlife Services, Rescue Squad, Ambulance Service, Physical Plant, Athletics, and Social Services. Responsible for entering calls regarding calls for service into Police Pak call log, keeping daily logs, monitoring Pharmacy camera, fluent in Police Pak, Ticket Trak, Colleague, and 911 Database.
