This role requires strong leadership, sound clinical judgment, effective communication, and excellent customer service skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and members of the interdisciplinary team. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and coordinating safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility in accordance with the Minnesota Nursing Practice Act, federal and state regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
