Perform all aspects of maintenance and repair activities on various pieces of heavy equipment including, but not limited to, excavators, skid steers, high-pressure air compressors, bulldozers, graders, cranes, man lifts, loaders, haul trucks, snowplows, trailers, and other equipment. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust production equipment or pieces of heavy equipment, such as mechanical and computer electronic controls, air brake systems, transmissions, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and troubleshoot malfunctions in the equipment and repair malfunctions.
