As Duty Shift Manager, you will set the tone for safety, performance, and behaviour on shift, ensuring operations are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently while meeting customer expectations and operating within agreed budgets. This position requires flexibility to meet the demands of a fast-paced cargo operation and the ability to work a rotating shift pattern, including early, late, and occasional night shifts.
