Role Summary:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for overdelivering on the internal and external customer experience at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess the technical acumen and the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. If you're able to think quickly on your feet, have a go-getter attitude, possess great communication skills, and have a passion for adventure, then we want you on the team. You will be working with our internal partners every day to assist with service needs and coordinate with our Service, Vehicle and Delivery Operations, and Field Service Engineer teams. This role will require a dynamic and resourceful leader with excellent oral and written communications skills, who will foster cross functional interaction and champion a culture of continuous improvement to support Service teams and customers within a Service center. To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first approach, thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a creative and flexible mindset. Experience in automotive, process standardization, continuous improvement, and managing escalations is a plus.   

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency without compromising quality and safety</li><li>Perform or assist with assigned diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles</li><li>Assist or support vehicle repairs in a setting outside of a service center</li><li>Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality of the repair</li><li>Perform necessary parts operations such as parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory</li><li>Stay up to date with technical skills and required training</li><li>Support campaigns and containment initiatives   </li><li>Maintain and process accurate expense reporting as needed</li><li>Maintain high quality work and efficiency while working with little supervision</li><li>Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment </li><li>Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization</li><li>Ability to perform duties and communicate with a high level of professionalism, in a customer facing environment</li><li>Ability to properly document repairs completed and in process</li><li>This role may transition from remote to on-site and require in-person work, on-site at the service center should one be opened within 90 miles or 2 hours of the employee’s assigned remote work location.</li><li>Travel to locations to support as required until the local Service Center opens, including but not limited to, production plant</li><li>Operate remotely until the local service center opens, if applicable</li><li>This role may require regular interaction with customers and their families, 3rd party affiliates, and suppliers within Rivian facilities, on mobile service routes, or at community outreach events. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential preferred.</li><li>Graduated from an accredited automotive repair school preferred</li><li>5 or more years experience in a traditional automotive repair shop preferred</li><li>Proficient in using hand tools and power tools</li><li>Proficient in navigating a laptop or computer in a windows or Mac environment</li><li>Know basics of diagnosis and workflows</li><li>Able to read electrical schematics</li><li>Limited Diagnostic exposure</li><li>Understands how high voltage and low voltage electricity works (basic electricity theory)</li><li>Able to perform tire repair and vehicle alignment</li><li>Some hybrid repair background is a plus</li><li>Can diagnose and explain basic vehicle electronic communications like the CAN Bus system</li><li>Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer preferred</li><li>Limited travel may be required depending on business need</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record</li><li>No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License (within a 3-5year period)</li><li>Parts department and billing experience preferred</li><li>Experience using a work order management system including repair documentation</li><li>Experience working in start-up environments preferred</li><li>Exhibits patience and eagerness to learn</li><li>Remains positive when dealing with difficult situations</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail</li><li>Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs)</li><li>Frequent use of hands for purposes of grasping and using tools correctly, entering data, writing communications, or calling customers or internal partners</li><li>Ability to read and speak fluent English</li><li>Ability to see, read and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions or schematics.</li><li>Minimum age of 21.</li><li>Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, according to business need. Shifts may include evening, overnight, or early morning hours</li></ul>*Night shift hours vary by location. Field Service Technicians on the night shift will receive a 15% hourly shift differential on top of base hourly pay between the hours of 6PM-6AM.

Pay Disclosure:
The hourly range for this role is $25.88 - $38.10 for Massachusetts based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26, including but not limited to paid vacation, paid sick leave, and a competitive portfolio of insurance benefits including life, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, and long-term disability insurance to eligible employees. Job Overview:
The Director of Finance is the financial leader of the hotel. Oversees all areas in finance, especially payroll, budgeting, forecasting and relevant duties. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills and provides accurate and timely financial reports as requested by leadership and corporate. Implements internal control procedures that safeguard leaders, owner, assets and complies with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Readily assist in the operation of each leaders department and special projects. Identifies risks and presents solutions that guides leaders in making effective decisions that meets the financial interests of the hotels.</li><li>Develops annual operating budget, operating plan and financial goals. Achieves budgeted revenues, costs and profits through accounting diligence and expenditure controls and proficient accounting practices.</li><li>Set written priorities and key objectives for each department head quarterly including action plan and completion date. Follow up to assure successful implementation and follow-through and take corrective action in the event of failure to meet assigned objectives.</li><li>Monthly forecasting of operating staff and cost expenditures. Business planning in line with forecasted sales and costs including guidance to department heads.</li><li>Monthly review of financial statement in order to correct problems, assure spending is in line and to plan for future business. Review and approve all expenses in "other expense" categories in all departments. Regularly review all major expenses to assure that monies are wisely expended.</li><li>Promotes associate moral and loyalty within their department and hotel, leading to reduced turnover. Communicate, counsel and assist in staff development. Visible and available to all associates in accordance with the Company's open door policy. Attend monthly department employee meetings whenever possible.</li><li>Conduct performance appraisal and personal development plans for management staff. Identify substandard performance of individual managers and outline improvement action, including taking corrective or disciplinary measures.</li><li>Assure level of experience, knowledge and ability to meet job requirements of all hotel management. Cost Controls Review controls and assure adherence at all times in order to protect the hotel's property/assets.</li><li>Review sales solicitation activities, room nights productivity and group room rates sold by sales. Review individual productivity and corrective actions are taken. Evaluate market mix and take action in order to best position the hotel for increased business. Involvement in sales solicitation of key accounts by reviewing contracts, meeting with sales department, visit key account contacts in person and by phone.</li></ul>

<h5>Overnight Support Position </h5>Provides overnight support for assigned team to include receiving and preparing product and maintaining the floor, displays, and back stock in accordance with company standards. Role Summary:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for overdelivering on the internal and external customer experience at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess the technical acumen and the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. If you're able to think quickly on your feet, have a go-getter attitude, possess great communication skills, and have a passion for adventure, then we want you on the team. You will be working with our internal partners every day to assist with service needs and coordinate with our Service, Vehicle and Delivery Operations, and Field Service Engineer teams. This role will require a dynamic and resourceful leader with excellent oral and written communications skills, who will foster cross functional interaction and champion a culture of continuous improvement to support Service teams and customers within a Service center. To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first approach, thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a creative and flexible mindset. Experience in automotive, process standardization, continuous improvement, and managing escalations is a plus.   

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency without compromising quality and safety</li><li>Perform or assist with assigned diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles</li><li>Assist or support vehicle repairs in a setting outside of a service center</li><li>Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality of the repair</li><li>Perform necessary parts operations such as parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory</li><li>Stay up to date with technical skills and required training</li><li>Support campaigns and containment initiatives   </li><li>Maintain and process accurate expense reporting as needed</li><li>Maintain high quality work and efficiency while working with little supervision</li><li>Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment </li><li>Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization</li><li>Ability to perform duties and communicate with a high level of professionalism, in a customer facing environment</li><li>Ability to properly document repairs completed and in process</li><li>This role may transition from remote to on-site and require in-person work, on-site at the service center should one be opened within 90 miles or 2 hours of the employee’s assigned remote work location.</li><li>Travel to locations to support as required until the local Service Center opens, including but not limited to, production plant</li><li>Operate remotely until the local service center opens, if applicable</li><li>This role may require regular interaction with customers and their families, 3rd party affiliates, and suppliers within Rivian facilities, on mobile service routes, or at community outreach events. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential preferred.</li><li>Graduated from an accredited automotive repair school preferred</li><li>5 or more years experience in a traditional automotive repair shop preferred</li><li>Proficient in using hand tools and power tools</li><li>Proficient in navigating a laptop or computer in a windows or Mac environment</li><li>Know basics of diagnosis and workflows</li><li>Able to read electrical schematics</li><li>Limited Diagnostic exposure</li><li>Understands how high voltage and low voltage electricity works (basic electricity theory)</li><li>Able to perform tire repair and vehicle alignment</li><li>Some hybrid repair background is a plus</li><li>Can diagnose and explain basic vehicle electronic communications like the CAN Bus system</li><li>Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer preferred</li><li>Limited travel may be required depending on business need</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record</li><li>No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License (within a 3-5year period)</li><li>Parts department and billing experience preferred</li><li>Experience using a work order management system including repair documentation</li><li>Experience working in start-up environments preferred</li><li>Exhibits patience and eagerness to learn</li><li>Remains positive when dealing with difficult situations</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail</li><li>Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs)</li><li>Frequent use of hands for purposes of grasping and using tools correctly, entering data, writing communications, or calling customers or internal partners</li><li>Ability to read and speak fluent English</li><li>Ability to see, read and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions or schematics.</li><li>Minimum age of 21.</li><li>Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, according to business need. Pay Disclosure:
The hourly range for this role is $25.88 - $38.10 for Massachusetts based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26, including but not limited to paid vacation, paid sick leave, and a competitive portfolio of insurance benefits including life, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, and long-term disability insurance to eligible employees.
