Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for heavy highway, roadway, drainage, utility, bridge, and civil infrastructure projects, including DDOT, VDOT, FHWA, DC Water, WSSC, and other agency-funded work. For over 50 years, we have proudly served the infrastructure needs of DC, Maryland, and Virginia through specialized services including street and highway construction, bridge and structure work, utilities, electrical services, design-build projects, asphalt supply and paving, and emergency response operations.
