The position develops and executes a multi-year clinical transformation and digital health roadmap that translates organizational priorities and frontline needs into a prioritized portfolio of EHR optimization, artificial intelligence, ambient clinical documentation, virtual care, remote patient monitoring, patient-facing digital services, clinical decision support, workflow automation, interoperability, analytics, and other technology-enabled care capabilities. Working in close partnership with physicians, nursing, Information Technology, operational, quality, patient experience, data, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, finance, and vendor leaders, the Director leads discovery, business-case development, rapid pilots, implementation, adoption, optimization, product ownership, benefit realization and transition to sustainable operations.
