The MA provides basic clinical procedures to non-acutely ill patients, assists in maintaining supplies, provide quality patient care, ensure safe and clean patient care area, and perform other clinical duties and procedures prior to the clinician's visit with the patient while assuring positive care outcomes. Under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager/Clinic Manager or Administrator or MA Supervisor, the Medical Assistant (MA) will provide assistance to the clinician, mid-level clinician, clinic nurse(s), and patients.
