Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of plumbing, heating, and cooling equipment and devices, including sinks, pumps, steam traps, commodes, water coolers, water heaters, domestic hot water and heating tube bundles, water filters, vent systems, drainage systems, and pressure and non-pressure piping. Maintain, repair, and install Health Center fire protection systems, including wet and dry pipe systems; replace sprinkler heads, tamper switches, pipes, fittings, and related devices; and maintain, repair, and install main fire and jockey pumps.
