Mobile Crisis Response Community Worker (MCRCW) will work in partnership with the therapist to provide mental health services in the community in order to deescalate crisis, assess the mental health needs of the families and individuals, coordinate services with other providers, and make necessary referrals. The mobile crisis response team will work in collaboration with the LAPD to respond to non-violent calls in the community that may have a social services impact including but not limited to (a) mental health, (b) substance abuse, (c) suicide threats, (d) behavioral distress, (e) conflict resolution, and (f) welfare checks.
