li>Effectively communicate and support both internal (Company management, plant employees, maintenance/contractors, laboratory, engineering, inspection, and sales department) and external stakeholders (outside agencies such as USCG, fire/police, port security, plant neighbors, truck drivers, and other parties) as required in the performance of the role. Responsible for Incident/Emergency Response - Follow the proper response plans for each of the following areas and submit an incident or hazard report in a timely manner: Environmental response; Safety/Injury response; Unit Operations upsets/incidents; Security (Threats, bomb, breaches); and Personnel (USOR or contractor) incidents.
