Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring associates are adequately trained in all aspects of their job function, including RF replenishment techniques, accurate accounting of items picked and staged, and safe operation of equipment in a high-velocity work environment. This role drives associate engagement, productivity, quality, accuracy, and safety across assigned areas (inbound, outbound, order processing, shipping, returns, etc.) by providing hands-on leadership and day-to-day direction.
