Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair systems including: RTUs (Rooftop Units)AHUs (Air Handling Units)Split systemsExhaust fans and ventilation systemsTroubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building support systems from a basic to advanced levelPerform general facility repairs involving plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, hardware, doors, walls, ceilings, lighting, and related infrastructure as appropriateReplace components such as filters, belts, motors, compressors, sensors, and contactorsRead and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and repairsMaintain high pressure steam and hot water boilers, controls, and associated equipment; maintain boiler and cooling tower chemical treatment program for Plant Utilities equipment.
