The ideal candidate is an experienced ED RN who is comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency environment, performing triage, managing a broad range of patient conditions, interpreting cardiac rhythms independently, and caring for patients requiring critical medications and respiratory support. Staff are expected to self-schedule a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule , based on department needs, staffing requirements, and equitable distribution.
