Working closely with internal teams, managed service providers (MSPs), and technology vendors, this position will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, implement infrastructure improvements, support cloud and system migrations, maintain system availability, and help ensure effective cybersecurity practices. The IT & Cloud Administrator will manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, Windows endpoints and servers, networking, backups, cybersecurity tools, and related technology platforms to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations.
