Recommend the most effective acquisition pathway for each opportunity, including competitive procurements, direct awards, pilots, subcontracts, SBIR and STTR programs, OTAs, CSOs, BAAs, IDIQs, GWACs, schedules, and other available mechanisms. The role will require regular engagement with government stakeholders and partners, periodic work with the team in Helios’s SoHo office, and occasional travel to customer locations, industry events, and other government-related meetings.
