Respond promptly and appropriately to urgent facility issues, including water leaks, loss of heating or cooling, electrical concerns, building damage, safety hazards, and other conditions that may impact staff, patients, visitors, or continued operations. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice, as necessary to perform facility maintenance and snow and ice removal activities.
