Works to successfully implement and sustain the OU Health Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program under supervision of the Director of Nursing Professional Development, and in collaboration with/support of the various nursing, ancillary and support department leaders within the organization. Communicates effectively, both written and verbally, through all levels of OU Health to facilitate identification and resolution of issues or program elements, ensuring that the residency program remains dynamic and reflective of current and innovative best practices that promote a healthy practice environment.
