Job Summary The Integrated Business Planning Lead (S&OE Workstream) owns the end-to-end IBP process and governance framework that aligns planning and execution across Ashleys vertically integrated value chain, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce operations. You will not own commercial or operational performance; instead, you ensure leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce operate from a single, aligned, decision-ready plan that enables effective trade-off decisions at the enterprise level while delivering exceptional customer service.
