Liaise with lenders, sponsors, EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and project management teams, and participate in site meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder discussionsAct as a trusted advisor to senior management and investment stakeholders across major mining, energy, and infrastructure developments, including mining operations, mineral processing facilities, ports and rail infrastructure, power generation/transmission assets, oil & gas facilities, and renewable energy projects. Lead and assess capital project controls processes, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, cost estimating and estimate assurance, cost control, forecasting, and project accounting/reportingReview and validate project budgets, cash flow forecasts, contingency usage, and change management processes to ensure alignment with approved investment objectives.
