Building on the coordination discipline required for the D365 and related applications program, this Project Manager will own the integrated delivery plan, drive accountability across open items and decisions, facilitate executive-ready communications, and ensure the project maintains traceability across requirements, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, change management, and readiness activities. Facilitate and govern workshops, requirements reviews, design sessions, steering committee updates, vendor meetings, ADO backlog reviews, readiness reviews, and follow-up sessions to ensure decisions, dependencies, risks, action items, and open questions are captured, assigned, tracked, and escalated appropriately.
