Within HITT's Healthcare group, the APM supports projects such as hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, medical office buildings, imaging and laboratory spaces, and renovations within occupied healthcare environments, where patient safety, infection prevention, life safety, and continuity of operations are critical to client success. Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders, with attention to specialty healthcare trades such as medical gas, controls, nurse call, and low-voltage systems.
