Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs complex system failures involving servers, telephony systems, operating systems, security tools, applications, database structures, and data protection systems that support 911 operations and emergency response. Plans, coordinates, and implements security measures in compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and other public safety regulations, as well as the City and County of Denver's Information Security Team, to protect sensitive data, systems, and infrastructure supporting emergency services.
