WHAT YOU''LL DO: Serve as the lead finance partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Operations leadership team, providing strategic guidance on financial performance, investment decisions, business initiatives, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Partner closely with Quality, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities leaders to evaluate performance, address emerging risks, capitalize on opportunities, and support the successful execution of critical initiatives.
