Experience must include executive accountability for both: (1) mission-critical IT infrastructure and shared services, including areas such as network and telecommunications, cloud and on-premises platforms, compute, storage, end-user and collaboration services, and identity services; and (2) enterprise cybersecurity operations, including areas such as security monitoring, threat detection and response, vulnerability and configuration management, cyber incident response, and continuity and recovery. You will lead and modernize enterprise technology, safeguard vital systems essential to the economic security of the United States, and oversee the technology and cybersecurity capabilities that enable the US Treasury to collect trillions of dollars in Federal revenue, make payments on behalf of the Federal Government, finance the nation's debt, and protect critical financial infrastructure.
