Drive corrective actions with internal and external team members5+ years of experience in manufacturing and Quality Control BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Systems, Chemical Engineering or similar such as Industrial Technology, Materials Science, etc) Travel internationally to supplier sites - 30% Experience with RF or Antenna Experience developing process quality plans, supplier quality audits, and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts. Experience with the development and evaluation of measurement systems Project management experience and a solid understanding of problem solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools Experience with any of the following: mechanical enclosures, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, stamping, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or automotive high volume quality manufacturing engineering International experience, particularly in Asia is a plus.
