Reporting to the Electric Generation Manager, the supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of this multidisciplinary work, including supervising union-represented employees in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement, with a strong focus on safe operations and effective coordination across EWEB and with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. The team performs routine, emergent, and corrective maintenance and operations across a diverse range of hydroelectric assets, including dams, canals, waterways, fish passage systems, turbines and generators, electrical and control systems, and supporting facilities.
