Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of building systems and apartment components, including:Plumbing fixtures and systemsElectrical fixtures and minor electrical repairsAppliancesAir handlers and general HVAC equipmentLocks, keys, and door hardwareInterior finishes, including drywall, flooring, trim, and paint touch-upsDoors, cabinets, light fixtures, window coverings, and other building componentsPerform routine preventative maintenance to extend the life of building systems and equipment while helping reduce unexpected repairs. Aeon will support the Maintenance Technician with obtaining certifications through training classes and/or by paying licensing/certification fees where applicable:Special Boiler's License Compensation, Hours & Location This position offers a pay range of $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
